Mas de Daumas Gassac, Rosé Frizant, 2022

An uplifting sparkling rosé from Languedoc. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvedre (not the most common combination), it has a soft sparkle which allows all its summery fruit flavours to stand tall. With ripe raspberry and strawberry and a refreshing dryness, it feels both playful and sophisticated.
