Brown Butter and Pistachio Shortbread

This is our take on Ghraybeh - crumbly Middle Eastern shortbreads. Traditionally they’re made with ghee - ours use brown butter for its nutty, toasty quality. We dip ours in creamy white chocolate to round things off.
